I hope it rains because I’d like to spend the majority of my day in front of the television.
The world is mad right now. And rightfully so. There’s injustice everywhere, we’re still dealing with a pandemic and our president finds it more important to sign executive orders to protect his bullshit ass tweets. Wild. But, expected. And that’s the saddest part.
Anyways — I try not to post too much about things that drag me and the world down. My mission statement with this website was always to try and look at the positives — give people something to be excited about. But it gets difficult sometimes when everything around us is pulling us in the opposite direction — trying to be excited about video games and television shows when people are dying in the streets due to viruses and racists feels uncomfortable to say the least. But I’ll do the best I can.

As for the rest of the week — it was a busy start — my birthday was on Monday but I spent the majority of it just relaxing, working on music, playing some games. I’m 30 now and obviously it doesn’t feel any different — I’m pretty sure that at the age of 29 if you asked me how old I am I would have told 30. It’s just easier. But then Tuesday was spent editing the latest episode of Say Hello To Fun Time. That’s live now and it’s a good time — definitely check that podcast out as well as the three others we recorded last week. Currently on our feed are new episodes of all four of our flagship shows so that should keep you fed for a while.
Minecraft Dungeons also came out Tuesday and I’ve just about beaten the main story. It’s a fun little game — simple, but fun. I’m enjoying it very much. As someone that doesn’t play too many dungeon crawlers, it’s making me wonder why I don’t. I’ve also found myself playing my Xbox more than my PS4 lately — but more on that in the next Party Crashers episode — which should be up by the end of next week, by the way. Especially if Sony drops a bomb on us next week.
Other than that, I signed up for the HBO Max free trial - checking a couple shows out on there. And The Last of Us State of Play was rad — that game looks phenomenal and I Can’t Wait to play it.

As for what I’d recommend this week — ummm, I want to say Space Force and Central Park but I haven’t started either of them and man, reviews for Space Force do not look great. So we’ll see I guess. That new No Rome song is obviously a jam and I wish I still had Amazon Prime so I could check out The Vast of Night. Maybe there’s a free trial or something out there.
Have a good weekend, everyone! Stay fucking safe.
